How far can I ride on one charge?
Published range runs from about 35 km on the E3 line to 85 km on the E7 Ultra, measured on mixed city routes in eco mode. Real range depends on rider weight, hills and how much you use the throttle.
How fast do the scooters go?
Top speed is 28 to 44 MPH depending on the model, capped by the firmware profile of each series. Every build ships with the street-legal profile enabled.
Are the batteries certified?
Every VELOFLOW pack and frame is UL2272 and CE certified, with FCC compliance on the controller. Certification marks are printed on the deck and the charger.
How much weight can a VELOFLOW carry?
The rated maximum load is 150 kg (330 lb) across the lineup. Staying inside that limit keeps the frame and suspension inside their tested range.
What is the return window?
30 days from delivery. The scooter must come back unused, in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase. Full conditions are on the Returns page.
